ERM does not automatically remove past employees from the system. Until their access is disabled in ERM, previously employed employees will remain to have access to your unit’s information.
For detailed instructions on how to modify contacts and users in ERM, click here. Once you have confirmed the existing contacts in ERM are correct, email EPPA at EPPA@inprs.in.gov with your submission unit number(s) contacts so we may remove you from our audit list.
2024 Payroll Calanders will be Available in ERM soon!
2024 Payroll Calendars will be released and available in ERM on Monday October 30th. Please take the time to review your 2024 payroll calendar before the end of 2023. If you need help correcting your payroll dates, please contact the Employer Advocate Team.

1977 Fund: Prepare for Submitting 2024 Certified Salary
Certified Salary will now be entered in ERM under the Contribution Details Tab in the Manage Submission Unit. To ensure that your Authorized Agent- City Controllers, Authorized Agent- City Clerk- Treasurer, and Authorized Agent- Trustees are getting our communication regarding this new submission, it is imperative to make sure that their contact information and contact types are updated in ERM on or before November 27th . Starting December 1, they will be the only agents receiving our communication.
1977 Fund: Updated Baseline Application
The 1977 Fund membership application has been updated. The newest version, R-19, will be the only version we will accept beginning January 1. 2024. You can find the new membership application on our website. The older version, R-18, will no longer be accepted on or after January 1, 2024.
For the remainder of 2023, please do not combine the two application versions. This will be considered a correction and therefore will not be a complete baseline, which can delay INPRS’s ability to process and send applications to the INPRS Medical Authority. INPRS has at least 30 days prior to the intended date of hire to send all medical requisitions and complete baseline applications to the Medical Authority for review.
